Madressa Annual Majlis 1433AH

As every past year, Madressa students organise a majlis to pay their respect to and renew their homage to Imam Hussain AS and his noble family. This year, Madressa students organised the majlis on 17th December to commemorate the great sacrifice of Imam.

The event was attended by students, parents, teachers and community members. The commemoration started with Tilawat-e-Quran and translation by brothers Ali Reza Zaman and Ali Asghar Zaman (Damishq Class). It was followed by Marsiya recitation by Suhail Haji (Najaf Class) and Ammar Abbas (Karbala Class). This was followed by speeches from Nayla Panjwani and Batul Kapasi (Karbala Class) and Rameez Naqvi (Damishq Class) and Qumayl Panjwani (Karbala Class). Main speech was recited by Hamza Abbas (Damishq Class) on the topic of friendship and the sacrifice of Hazrat Habib Ibn Mazahir. Noha were recited by all students of Makkah Class, Muhammad Iqbal (Madinah Class) and Jarrar Hussain (Karbala Class).

Majlis finished with Ziarat recitation by Zain-Mohammed Valji (Makkah Class). All attendees then sat down for tabarruk which was again organised by students.
