The crescent will not be visible anywhere on this day. It can be easily seen on Tuesday 24th January  2012 in many parts of the world including all of Europe.
1st Rabi'al Awwal 1433AH will thus be on Wednesday 25th January 2012 for the Muqallideen of Ayatullah Sistani and Marhum Ayatullah Khui.
